This training plan is centered around one of the training principles utilized by Arnold Schwarzenegger called running the rack. It's my favorite training protocol and I think it can be utilized by any level of fitness if you are open to a challenge and enjoy pushing yourself.
This book will consist of a beginner, intermediate, and advanced training plan utilizing the "running the rack" training principle...but you will be doing full body, not a traditional bro split. keep in mind this is meant to be challenging, it's alot of volume, but it will definitely push you and give you results.
